Sometimes a good ole sandwich for lunch is all that sounds good. They’re not only super tasty, but so easy to put together and can make for a nutritious lunch as long as you’re choosing the right items!

This sandwich is loaded with vegetables, complex carbs and great protein from the smoked salmon! Key to making a “healthier” sandwich is choosing a sprouted source of bread along with a good protein source. Adding a healthy fat such as avocado will only leave you satisfied for even longer!
Give this sandwich a try next time you need a quick lunch or are wanting something different than a normal turkey one!
- 2 slices food for life ezekiel toast
- 1 garlic & herb laughing cow cheese wedge
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 1 tomato slice
- 2 cucumber slices
- Toast bread and spread cheese wedge evenly, add smoked salmon, cucumber, spinach & serve! Easy as 1,2,3!
Serve with a side of vegetables or whole grain crackers & hummus!
