- 1 bag red potatoes
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp basil flakes
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- Chop the potatoes in to small wedges.
- Heat medium skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and ghee.
- Once hot add the potatoes. Sprinkle seasonings and pan-fry until golden brown and crisp. About 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from pan and serve!
- Makes about 3-4 servings!
