- 1 medium sweet potato, washed
- 1/2 fage plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- peanut butter
- Wash sweet potato and stab with fork. Cover with paper towel and cook in microwave for 6-8 minutes (depending on size).
- Slice down the middle and top with yogurt, banana, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and peanut butter.
