- 3 slices of bread (I used Daves Killer Bread thin sliced)
- 6 tbsp egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 scoop of Bowmar Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder
- In a small bowl combine egg whites, almond milk and protein powder. Whisk until mixed well.
- Heat medium pan on stove and spray with extra virgin olive oil spray. Then coat bread in egg/protein mixture and add to pan.
- Cook until brown on both sides. Remove from pan and add toppings!
