Pumpkin Spice Protein French Toast

  • 3 slices of bread (I used Daves Killer Bread thin sliced)
  • 6 tbsp egg whites
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop of Bowmar Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine egg whites, almond milk and protein powder. Whisk until mixed well.
  2. Heat medium pan on stove and spray with extra virgin olive oil spray. Then coat bread in egg/protein mixture and add to pan.
  3. Cook until brown on both sides. Remove from pan and add toppings!

Macros w/out Nut Butter: 29 protein, 32 carb, 4 fat

Macros w/ Nut Butter: 34 protein, 36 carbs, 10 fat

Topped with: Bowmar Nutrition Chocolate Hazelnut protein spread, cinnamon & sugar free syrup!
