- 8-10 ice cubes
- 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Protein Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 cup Breyes Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup (maybe a little more if needed) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Dash of Xantham Gum (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until thick constiency.
- Add toppings! Can have as a shake as well.
