Pumpkin Spice Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Protein Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 cup Breyes Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup (maybe a little more if needed) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Dash of Xantham Gum (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until thick constiency.
  2. Add toppings! Can have as a shake as well.
